This Level 1 flow class focuses deeper on movement and breath. We integrate more front-to-back movement along the mat and more advanced transitions between postures. You’ll find rhythm in your flow as you connect your breath to your movement. This connection between breath and movement opens the window to a meditative experience through postures and flow.
When you give up a little of your headspace, the flow begins to happen.

In this class students will explore the ancient arts of Qigong and Himalayan Sound Healing. Originating in Tibet and China, Qigong meditations are sets of exercises (standing, sitting, or laying down) and self massage techniques developed to quiet the mind, strengthen the body and create emotional balance within. Himalayan Sound Healing, bowls on and bowls off of body, will be provided at the end of every session to further create balance and healing within.
The Pilates Burn & Stretch class focuses on targeting deep muscular burn interwoven with gentle stretch to rest both the body and mind. We work to improve core stability and posture while both strengthening and lengthening the total body. To keep a creative flow of the 34 classical mat exercises, we utilize props such as a small fit ball, light hand weights, Pilates rings, bands, etc. to ensure an adventure on your mat. Pilates and yoga practice make an excellent pair!
Our methodology centers on cultivating a holistic and inclusive approach to mindful movement.
