You'll be guided through a gentle, pregnancy-safe vinyasa flow, focusing on mindful movement and breathwork to help you build strength and release tension. Special emphasis will be placed on abdominal exercises and pelvic floor training, essential tools to help prepare your body for labor and delivery.
