Peak Posture

This dynamic and focused class will guide students through a carefully crafted sequence leading up to a challenging peak pose. Each session centers on a specific peak posture—whether it’s an arm balance, inversion, deep backbend, or advanced standing balance. We’ll warm up with foundational stretches and gradually build strength, flexibility, and stability, layer by layer, to support the body in the peak posture.
